In the wake of a major IT outage, malicious actors have quickly exploited the situation by creating numerous FAKE WEBSITES posing as CrowdStrike, the company at the center of the disruption. 
These fraudulent sites claim to offer solutions but are actually distributing malware. The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has warned individuals to avoid clicking on suspicious links or emails, as these can lead to further compromises.
CrowdStrike CEO, George Kurtz, has advised affected customers to communicate only through official channels.
