How open is the cybersecurity industry to women now compared to before?
AS: Cybersecurity used to be a man’s world and women did not choose to work in the field but nowadays women choose to work in all fields and can succeed.
And how do we encourage more women to consider cybersecurity as their career?
AS: Introduce cybersecurity via forums or seminars/trainings in all women colleges and university.
Let them know that there is an equal opportunity for all.
