Over 200,000 records, including personal info of students and parents, were found exposed in the Philippine School Voucher Program Portal. 
This non-password-protected database, discovered by researcher Jeremiah Fowler, contained 153.76 GB of sensitive data, from full names, dates of birth, home addresses, phone numbers, tax records, etc.
An alarming aspect was the inclusion of unredacted images of children, raising concerns about online privacy and physical security.
