Pineda Cybersecurity® provides administrative and technical functions to guide and monitor both short-term and long-term data privacy assessment and planning.

How does it work?

1. The customer chooses the organization’s data privacy stage.
   
2. Each organization has its current security posture or priority. They will choose which stage they are in to determine which security services will best fit. The stages include:
   • Assess
   • Create
   • Review
3. The customer chooses services and schedules.
4. Recurring services can be:
   • Technical
   • Administrative
5. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) or a Security Specialist is assigned to the customer to manage services.
6. The SME or Specialist will respond to the customer’s requests based on the agreed SLA.
7. An Activity Report will be submitted at the end of the engagement outlining the activities conducted.
